Sometimes, you buy something online and when you receive it, you realise it doesn’t exactly match your needs. We get it.
If this happens, you can return your purchase in exchange for our store credits to buy something else. We can’t give you a refund but we will do our best to help you choose an alternative product.
There are simple conditions for a product to be eligible for a return.
To return your product, please drop it off at to our store along with the receipt at our store.
It's always good for you to contact us before initiating a return. Very often, the return becomes unnecessary after we answer your questions and address your concerns.
The Returns & Exchange process
Contact us to for an appointment to return your product. This allows us to, where possible, arrange for our product specialist to be present when you visit so we can understand your concerns in person.
The returned item will be inspected for condition, to see if it is eligible for return. If the product specialist is present during the return, we can tell you on-the-spot. Otherwise, please leave the product with us for inspection.
If the return is approved...
If you are at our store, you can pick another product in exchange.
If you are not at our store, we will issue a voucher worth the same amount of your original purchase by email, usually within a week. You can then use this voucher to buy something else from our online store.
In both cases, if the new product costs more than your original purchase, you can pay the difference. If the new product costs less, please understand that we will not return the difference.
If the return is not approved...
You can collect the product from our store at your convenience. Alternatively, we will deliver the product to you at a nominal fee of $7 (for items less than 10kg in weight) within Singapore.
If you are residing in a country outside Singapore, we will be happy to work with you to arrange for a shipping of the item back to you, at your cost.
